The boom will flex too much. Not dangerous, but you won't be getting all the performance out of the sail. I think you need a proper slalom boom with that kind of sail.
If you are a serious racer and focused on winning races ... then invest another $1400 in a second boom.
Are you entering races? Do you care if you win? If not, then keep things simple and save the money and just have the one boom.
But with a H2 sail .. whilst a great sail .. shows that you are not serious enough to spend the extra $1400.

perhaps in my difficulty with English, I do not understand what you call serious, more precisely for that H2 candle that boom suits me in terms of performance and security? or better an ALU race 190-240 ?, is also a budgetary question! and the decision is between those 2 booms.
I've got an alu race and a enigma. To be honest I don't feel that much difference between them. The grip on the enigma is nicer and it is a bit wider which I like. Not sure it's worth the extra $1000.
If you can get a really good deal on the enigma then I would say get that as even on full extension it will work fine unless your really heavy and sail very powered up all the time. The Severne alloy race boom is an awesome boom though and would also be great.

the 160-210 boom is fine.
if you are competing in important races and have $1400 for an extra new carbon boom, then you may gain a very minor performance benefit (probably negligible).
Maybe check the second hand market, should be able to find a like new carbon in the larger size for half new price or less

Thanks for the clarification, if I weigh 100 kg and being for my most elegant aluminum foil candle it is the one that should pump more! and make more force to go against the wind! Perhaps almost at the limit of extension (205) the boom would suffer a lot! And it is still 3 times more expensive! I would never buy a second-hand aluminum, but the second-hand carbon market is recommended?

In Australia you'd be able to pick up a good one for $600, which will last you a lot longer than a new alloy boom. Cheaper in the long run

I have the Enigma 160-210 and sail it with a Gator 8.0 with 200cm. No problem at all, the enigma is very stiff!
I would think another 5-7cm wouldn't change chings much.
For half the price -> take it! It is a great boom.
