anyone make a mast extender rdm ? and no...not a mast extension with cleat. but a mast section. Severne makes a 40cm extender in SDM....BUT not RDM. I emailed them if there were plans to make rdm....they said no.
would like to turn a 430 into a 460 mast . dont want to buy another whole mast for a certain sail size.
any extension that are 50cm ?
i've used a north extender so i could rig an older wave sail (40cm extender on 400 mast). Worked a treat. It also gives me the option of using my 370 mast if i bust the 400

Just made a 11 or 12cm tip extension, perfect but going a bit farther away from recommended mast ruins the sail feel a bit.

Point-7 and Patrik make a 48cm RDM extension. I use 44cm (as prescribed) on my AC-0 6.1.
You have to consider that there is an internal reinforcement to the ferrule, so you will not be able to insert your extension fully into the extender. It means that you may have to buy a short extension to achieve your desired length if it is just a few cms more than the extender.
If you have a broken mast it is not too hard to make one
