I am about your weight. I used to have a 91L JP FSW single now use more wave oriented boards at about 85L.
Depends what you want to do.
My most commonly used sail this season is a 5.9 on the 86L single fin at Dutchies doing bump and jump and gybing on the swells.
The larger FSW board allowed me to sail in a slightly bigger range of conditions but is restrictive when you get in to the waves it just doesn't turn as well (however some reviews of more recent boards seem to say this is not a problem).

So if you want small wave performance go 85ish if you want more freestyle / bump and jump or are an intermediate go up to 95

Yes freestyle / bump and jump is my style at the moment. Looking for something that won't bitch-slap me fun and easy to jybe. i'm not much of a wave sailor nor a big fan of slalom.

Currently i have a 116lt F2 279 Ride and a Hifly 265 (88lt) (yep the hifly about 15 year old). F2 hard in chop and Hifly fun but looking for something easier to jybe. I'm lead to believe the latest boards are a little wider these days and more forgiving.

I'm 75kg and an advanced bump and jump rider.

I ride the jp 101 freestyle wave carbon 2012. It's awesome.

Today was 22kmots all afternoon. I rigged my 6.0 gator and just had the best time. Fully powered.

The jp is great to jump. And what makes it easy to jibe is that it's very easy to increase and decrease the radius of your turn mid jibe. Therefore less likely to stack it.

The 6.0 sail is the sweet spot for the 101 litre.

If you normally ride a 5.0 then get the 90ish litre version.

Don't go under 85 litres. Not even the extreme pro wave sailors go smaller than 85
