I've got hangers for heavy wetsuits with even bigger support on the shoulders (for a much lower price) buy it's still no good for the wetsuit. If you hang your steamer over summer, it will deteriorate on the shoulders in 2 seasons. It's better to lay it flat or hang it over a drying rack, making sure it's supported over its entire surface.
The idea of the split in the frame is that you can fold your wet wetsuit in half, then slide it onto the hanger.
No tension at all in the shoulders, hence no failure.

My Bunnings ones slide through the neck and down an arm, then move them back after being fully inserted, zero stretching the neck seal and cheap as.

What I do is I throw the wetsuit into the laundry. The next day it appears on the drying rack.
