Hey my new Tabou Manta 54 (74L) arrived last week, Gave it a hammering today with a 6m and 31.5 select silver fin.

I originally wanted the 59 (86L) but couldnt get one without a wait so I got the 54 instead.

On the first run it feels really really sensitive however at the end of the session things were feeling really good. It feels really lite under foot.

It goes over chop really well, by far the best I have had for a while. The best bit is that im now 72kg and I can uphaul it. Yes i was up to me knees but the board just sat there.

If you are chasing a super fast board that is just a pleasure to sail, the Manta will make your day.

The main reason for my choice is that next year Sails and Windsurfing Center will be agents for Tabou Boards and Maui Sails.

My Race sails,TR4s arrive in January. My Global wave sails arrive monday hopefully.

Im hoping to get the Manta 59 and 64 as well.

All my old kit (RS4s and X9 Masts) will be up for grabs in January after the ledge to Lancelin event.
