Looking for opinions on the new Starboard Kode's 125/135 (edit and/or Severne Dyno 125)
Anyone see/sail one yet?

Inboard straps options, tri fins and some volume to get through the shorebreak ticks alot of boxes for me.

I'm thinking that a 135 with an 8.0 would be a great combo for my great lakes onshore mess.

Be interesting to know just how wavey those 2 sizes are. Starboard promo material describes them as

"Two new sizes: 125 and 135. Fitted with their single Powerbox fin and straps in freeride mode, they are fast and furious freeride blasters. In tri-fin mode and with straps in wave positions, they turn into the most radical super-sized wave boards ideal for heavier riders."

Hard to imagine a 72 cm wide board with a fast rocker being "most radical", but if they are close to as good as the 2019/2020 Dyno 115 L in the waves then they would be a great addition to my quiver.

^^^ "the most radical super sized waveboards for heavier riders"

Yeah sounds like a load of pure crap, Starboard. The most radical would be a proper wave rocker - and OES do such a board. Starboard is claiming they do the best waveboard in a big size and its a Kode.

It might be the most wave oriented big FSW but its still gonna be a FSW.
