I picked up a 6.2 Reflex from Petermac (Claudes old sail). I have a Severne Blueline 400 mast that is listed as an alternative mast for this sail, backed up by asking Ben S at Melville one day.
It looks nice when rigged but unfortunately I can't get the sail to rotate without pushing the cams around. I've remove all the cam spacers (a thin one on each of the top three cams) but no joy. This is what it looks like (rigged to spec), any help would be appreciated!:
Perhaps try a tip extension the mast may be a bit soft and flexing in the middle too much. This might work.
i tend to downhaul mine either to spec or 2cm more
seems to rotate fine if the out haul is set right
but with my boom with adjustable out haul where the sail tends to set at extremes for either upwind or downwind, after a bad gybe i tend to have to set the out haul back to that inbetween spot before the cams will completely pop
i think on the blue line the downhaul will be more vital than on my enigma
the lower carbon content and slower responses from the mast will mean that the sail won't have quite as big a range i would have thought and therefore you will have to vary the downhaul more to achieve the same range.
as for the cams the biggest thing is just having enough wind and having a nice big pump ready on the other side of the rig flip
From memory it is the lowest or 2nd lowest cam that does not rotate well.
After gybing lift front foot and press foot onto cam.
Other alternative, when rotating sail over, give sail one very short,powerful backhand pull. No guarantee it will still not stick but more likely not to.
Used a new 2011 5.5m race sail from un-named manufacture and the cam rotation was as bad.
Other alternative,on cam that is sticking,if you were to replace batten with much stiffer batten from say old 9.0m race-sail,cut the batten down,cutting flexible side of batten.With much less flex in batten where it's attached to cam,the angle created between the cam and end of batten will be greatly reduced,the cam should then rotate much better.
Years ago i changed all 7 battens on old 5.8m Stuart Bell race sail with old cut down battens from an old 8.1m Tushingham race sail.
I cut the battens on Tushingham sail at flexible side,making them incredibly stiff.
The Stuart Bell sail went from rigged originally full to rigged very flat.
The other plus was cam rotation was heaven.
This is probably only solution but ask the experts.
Try taking the cams above and below the mast out and file back the curved section that contacts the end of the batten....did that on my Reflex 7.0 and it helped.
So I ended up applying three bits of advice from thise thread 
I went to the loft, thanks Paul, they kindly replaced the cams.
I shaved a bit off the cam ends, thanks nauli.
I used a ~25cm tip extension, thanks Bender (and 2ndWind).
Now it rotates consistently and sets sweetly. BTW it also rigs and rotates well on an old Arrows Lance 430.
Great advice from the community and great support from local retail and manufacturer.
