I think still a good board I remember Ben Severne in oneye with his unique style, and this year I've see one guy in Manawa doing great up wind and good surfing style. To be honest I've see also two guys with Nano and Mako, to do super surfing. I am using an Ultrakode 80 I love it, but because of air transport now is broken ok I will repar it.

Hi Manawa,
Sorry for the smart ass answer to your original question ( it was pretty vague though :) )
The Nuevo 80 is still a very relevant board and really fun to sail.
The guys you saw in Mauritius on the Nanos and Makos were most likely Ben Severne, Timo Mullen and Mathias Moerman.
I'm not sure where you are but you should still be able to find an 80 litre Nuevo in good condition somewhere.
We have a second hand one at Revolution board sports. We also have second hand Makos and Nanos as well.
P.M me if you're interested.

Cheers, Hoops

Thanks Hoop I was in MRU last Agoust, I write from Italy, at the moment I use Ultrakode 80 I love it coming back form MRU to Italy because of air transport I've find my board broken...., but now is repared is good , I love my Starboard UltraKode 80 is a magic board from side shore to onshore conditions, the guy with the Maco was Cuba (ion instructur) that explain me and show me the board is a gentleman. He give me a lot of advice also about Nano.
