I have received my Fox 95 a couple of days ago, the board looks great, but I could not tension one of the screws for one of the footstraps.
It was no resistance when screwing. Has anybody had the same experience?

Was it a Severne board?
I think they are great boards, I have not used the board, only tried to attach the footstraps with the screws.
It can be a question of product control in the factory that has failed.

No probs with mine. But i havent usd the middle position on the back. Which footstrap position was it exactly that wont screw in?
Sorry, yes it was a Fox 95. Port side, front outside middle screw. Like I said I soap the screws and tighten by hand.
Hi Bob and thank you for the information. Unfortunately it is a big problem if it?s a production error. I live i Sweden and I have informed the importer of Severne-boards here that the problem exists in another board (Australia). It?s important for the company to have information about the problem, They have always nice and functional designs of their sails with high quality. The board production is rather new and is a problem that must be excluded from the very beginning.

Just FYI, I'm in the US.
Where did you get a Severne board in the US?
In the US at www.google.com/search?q=boardsportscalifornia&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1-ab
and at shop.wind-nc.com/
Got mine at Wind NC
Hi again.
When using single strap on the Fox 95 whish position do you have for the frontstrap?
- Distance frontscrew backstrap/backscrew frontstrap?
- innerposition or out?
I think i must use the longest distance which is 41 cm as the longest.

hi bob , thanks for the repair advice, cant find the permatex product in the uk but going to try LOCTITE FORM-A-THREAD
I tried the starboard method. Didn't work for me. In the end I just used a bigger screw, but thats on an old isonic which already had some repairs. If it's a new board: just return it to the shop.
