I bought this 5.7m Goya last year because I needed something in this size and it was quite affordable. I believe it's a 2007 or 2008 but haven't been able to find out anything more than that. There is the Francisco Goya signature and the specs but nothing else.

I have come to really like the sail - its quite fast and maneuverable without being twitchy. It does feel a bit heavy but I can live with that for the price.Does anyone know anything about it? Thanks

These sails are the first goya sails to come along with the first real goya boards (not under the Fanatic logo and shaped by Sebastian Wenzel). So tracing back to 2005 -2006 I guess... a long time. So maybe you got a good price..This was way before Jason Diffin started doing the goya sails... as a matter of fact i can't recall who designed them. Nevertheless I am sure they are good and still doing the job. Yours looks in good shape and promising for lots of sessions. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info Spray.

Yeah it's in decent enough shape - no rips or repairs- and it rigs and sails well. No complaints from me. Was just curious to know more about it since I haven't seen any others that look remotely alike.
