Quatro waveboards are used by professional and casual sailors from all around the world. The shapes are tested and approved in the most varied conditions from the small dumpy onshore beach breaks to the big hawaiian offshore waves.

When Quatro team riders are travelling, they not only ride the best waves in the world, but they also try to visit most of the local spots to share both their past experiences and visions for the future with local sailors.

Here are the boards we'll be ripping up on next season :

Quatro Wave

This is the ultimate board for single fin lovers.

The board is quick turning and has a lively feel on the waves, or as Keith Teboul puts it "The vibrant balance between a drivey enough board and a turny enough board.”
The only thing these boards need to be enjoyed is a wave. It doesn’t matter if it is as small beach break or a huge outside reef, onshore or side off shore. Quatro wave boards are real wave boards for the real waveriders enjoying every day in any conditions.

The boards are fast, very fast. The modern short lengths ask for the maximum of shape efficiency. Rockers, Outlines and Thickness Flows of these boards have been brought to a level of perfection that offers extreme maneuverability and precision edge, to let you forget what's under your feet when things get epic and accelerated.

The board's bottom starts with a V upfront, continuing into a slight double concave by the mast track, running into a single concave through your stance. This bottom is shaped for spontaneous planing and ultimate maneuverability.

The 2009 Quatro Wave boards features a single sandwich deck and a double sandwich bottom. The lamination is done with full biaxial glass that complements the Biaxial-Carbon reinforcements. This construction allows us to have an excellent balance between strength and weight, as well as harmonic flex and performance.

And of course they will be equipped with MFC fins

Wave Twin Fin

The 2008 Quatro wave Twin Fin has generated more forum discussion around the world than any other board has ever done…
But here’s the reality :
Everyone who has tried the 2008 Quatro Twin Fin believes that it is an awesome board that has nothing to do with the previous attempts to make twin fin boards in the 90’s

What has been a rarity is now the new trend, in 2009 Twin Fin boards are appearing in other big brand's range.

But with already few years working on developing this new generation of twin fin boards, as well as a full year of feedback from customers and from pro riders using Quatro production and custom boards(often with other brand's stickers on them), and work in direct collaboration with MFC fins Quatro has a big advantage for 2009.

For 2009 models, Keith Teboul refined the already famous harmonic thickness flow and increased the planing asset of the Twin Fin even more.
Regardless of whether your style is front or back foot influenced, you will definitely feel a whole new sensation, doing turns you've never done before, at a speed you never thought possible.
The combination of uncompromising control allowing you to really charge in a serious wave and the freedom that short twin fins give you for sliding and doing revolutionary moves is what the Quatro Wave Twin Fin boards are all about.

I had a go on it a few weeks ago at scarbs and the board feels really good,

My first impression was all good, the board is really compact, planes early and turns SUPER thight on the rail which is an awesome feeling.
it's hard to express it all with words, to do short, as soon as I started to ride it all felt smooth, natural and easy, talking with my other mates who rode this board they agreed

Top quality shape pads and MFC straps and fins, I'd recomend to all of those who think that the new generations of Quatro are only suitable for Hookipa to grab one and try it at his local spot.

Sure it would !

it's more, this is what this board is asking for !

being 75kg, my 1 board is always around 72-75 L, using sails from 4,1 to 5,3 (4,7 being my favorite), I'd love to have an 81L as I would use it for the lightest days when I struggle to plane, go through the break or keep speed in the bottom turn, but then I'd need a 2nd smaller board for stronger winds that I can't afford.

In your case, I reckon this is the perfect match.
