Im interested in buying the new X6 Skinny from Neil Pryde's range.

Has anyone used one, and what did they think?

Cheers Steve

sflacky, it's skinny and it feels nice to grab when you gybe.

prydes warranty is solid with it's dealers.

try one if you like skinny's, i couldn't fault it.

(prefer an X9 but they sting!)

I can only second the warranty comment by greenlander.

A few years back I bought 2 X7 masts which both broke within about a week. Both got replaced no questions asked... haven't had any problems since then.

I haven't tried the X6 Skinny yet. I did try the X9 last year and found it too soft for my weight. However, a buddy of mine has one and he loves it. I am hoping to get hold of an X6 soon so I can try one.

you may well like the X6 skinny steggy, as it felt like a steel post but good!

i still prefer fat masts, but only because they float your rig quicker to the top if you are in the impact zone!
