I bought this to replace my 6.7 zen 2008 and there is a world of difference. Weight or lack of is the first thing i noticed, It's such a light sail. Easy to rig and set, It has a very wide luff sleeve which I think contributes to the soft feel in your hands and allows it to absorb gusts, The leech looks like it sets full but releases nicely when required. It does not really suit the new narrow style booms as the mono rests on the boom for most of it's length, I had to add another 2cm of outhaul in order to keep the mono off the boom...Saying that the sail still worked extremely well. I found it to help with early planning and staying on the plain in the lulls, being a 100kg sailor I find myself falling of the plain quite quickly....but I can say this sail kept me going in some very light winds.
Overall it's a brilliant sail, has the low end power to get you plaining quickly and keep you going as well as a massive wind range. The fusion is a perfect bump and jump or freeride sail that gives you power and acceleration with a soft, stable and forgiving feeling in your hands. I was out in some ordinary conditions today that was a challenge to sail in but I had a surprisingly good sail thanks to the Fusion.
Thanks for the info on the Fusion Jason.
What do you think the usable range of the 6.7 is for those 100Kg & over?
Good to read that the Fusion works well. Got the 6,7 HD as a lightwind freeride sail for my wife and as the lightwind bump & jump sail for me with the JP93 FSW. Due to the snow here in Austria I did not have a chance to test our new sail. Did you use a SDM or a RDM?

Recently on a JP/NP demo day I tried the 6.1 NP Fusion. It seemed to be a no fuss sort of sail. Easy to get the hang of and get going. The Fusion handled the fairly windy conditions well. It was fun to sail.
