does anyone know of any reviews or have any experience with the new MFC race and slalom fins.
i'm looking at a 48cm RC racing.
TIA.
Hi Gestalt
pls find below a coment from Micah from the Korean event. Kevin Prichard is also alternating the Deboichet 42cm with the MFC RC-42cm , it depends about the board is racing with.
I put few pics in the gallery too.

I used my 8.4 all day and switched between 119 and 109 boards with a 42cm fin in the 109 and a 48cm fin in the 119. I had some better racing yesterday getting better starts and speed is imporving, bad luck in the first race getting taken out at the first mark had to settle for sixth. Next final had a decent start and arrived even at the first mark but most outside had to back off a bit and follow into the first gibe and the rest of the course. Last final I was in the same spot again at the first mark and backed off just a little to much and had one guy sneak inside of me, threw me off a bit and two guys got by me. I planed quickly though and got them both back at the next mark to move back into third which was where i finished.
Today looked like it was going to be a smoker, it was windy when we woke up for the first time here. As I have learned though never judge this place by what you see as it can change in less than 15min as it did all day. We did complete one round though before it switched 180degrees, picked up and then shut off as quickly as it picked up. I race my 8.4 with the 109 and a 42cm fin as it was windy on the outside, 18-24 but marginal on the inside. In the final I had a good start and arrived first to the first mark but then a lull caused them to quickly cancel the heat. Next heat same deal, good start and first to the first mark, Pieter pushed me pretty good around the course but I had enough to stay ahead and take the win. MFC Archive
thanks windshack team.
that was exactly what i was after, nice work.
i was hoping to use the 48cm RC on a 120lt slalom board with an 8.5 sail, then drop down to my 42cm tectonics when i use the 7.5 on the same board.
so all looks on track.
thanks again.
Hello everyone,
The range of the new Maui Fin Co SL and RC is available and they are going really fast in all sense...on the water and out of the door!
All the best to all.
