Just started to look into replacing my 120 excite ride for something else. Mostly sail around the brissy bay area which has everything from flat to choppy water Looking to match a board with my 7.5 severne turbo in winds from 10-20 max. Im thinking Naish grand prix, starboard futura/isonic/jp super sport somthing like that, found plenty of reviews on the isonics futuras and jp's but not so many on the grand prix, first hand reviews would be greatly appreciated
Hi Lee I can recommend the Futura especially if your sail allot in rough choppy water.
I mainly ride the ISonics but have ridden the Futura a few times and have been very Impressed with there control and speed, they gybe pretty bloody good too

But if your after that extra bit then go the Isonics but there not much in it.
I haven't ridden the other boards.

Hi Lee, I just got the 2012 F111 and I can thoroughly recommend it. I've used it about half a dozen times down at Queens Beach and its a great ride, handles the chop very well, it is an inch wider in the tail and has harder rails compared to the 2011 model which I also hear is great, just ask Fitz. It does have a lively ride, so I recommend that you give one a go, you are welcome to take mine for a spin.
Hey Lee i have the 2011 futura 111 timber construction and its a great board good in the chop and fast. Works well with my 7.5. I have sailed the 107 which is full carbon and you can feel the difference, alot harder on the feet not as comfortable but probably a bit quicker. Rudi and Helga in our team have the naish boards and i think they like them.
