Hi All,

Anyone had experience with Lorch Sailboards? I'm currently searching for a new FSW to replace my old JP and noticed Caloundra wind and Surf have some up the coast. Just want to know if there are any opinion floating around as to whether theyre a good brand/ board etc?

Cheers,
Max

Hi Max,
I have a Lorch 95L Slalom division "S" board and it is fantastic.
Really well made, has been my favorite board for a while now, haven't found anything I didn't like about it. Quite narrow at the back in comparison to my other boards, Isonics. It planes early and goes up range and very controllable for a big board. It's big for me as I sail a 80L Isonic from 16knots and up.
Before the Isonics I sailed the board in 40knots easily. A superb all conditions board
I think you would not be disappointed as Gunter Lorch's design are first rate.
Can't go wrong.
