This is a great board for any heavy weights looking for a board that will float you and still behave through the chop. I sail this board 90% of the time and use 9.0 through to 6.6 on it. I dosn't plane as early as some boards but it has a great turn of speed (34+ knots) with out ever catching the rail. I have the 115L version as well and it also is a fantasic board. They are WA designed and the best feature is the southern cross graphics on the deck. Nothing better then sailing on Australia Day with my KA Koncept and Gladiator.
Cheers,
Chris
Hi Chris, yeh mate I've got a 2 year old 100L Gladiator and love it. After my F2 & Naish, which both only lasted just over a year each, it's been money well spent. I find mine planes early, turns great and has a good deal of speed, all good. In the choppy gusty conditions of NQ, it does me for 99% of the time.
Got mine from Martin Littlewood at Delta, you couldn't get a better bloke to deal with![]()
Cheers,
Bob.
