A number of sailors have test ridden the new Isonic 87 from Starboard, and the verdict is awesome.
It rides smoother than previous models, handling chop with ease and retaining its killer speed. Riders commented on its ease to get planning and the almost wave board feel in gybing and control.
If your looking for the fastest, most comfortable riding slalom boards then have a ride on an Isonic.
Another board that impressed for the more fun ride is the Exocet cross 84. With the heel bumpers on this board it is most likely the softest ride through rough water that can be experienced. Amazingly smooth also in the gybe, it is one of the best gybing boards ever! IMO possibly the best ever. We have a 94ltr demo available if you want to try it and make up your own mind.
