Got some nasty blisters on my feet from worn out footstraps so time to uprgrade.

Is it worth spending $100 on the dakine core contour ones.??

How much better are they than the $30 supremo's

Troppo,

I am not sure how they compare to the Supremo's but the Dakine Core are pretty comfy. They take a bit of fiddling to adjust but once set everything is great. The feeling is quite a bit different to other foot straps due to the width.

However, I have found that once they wear out you start getting blisters as well... My first pair lasted about 2 years of heavy sailing.

Bottom line is I like them...

My first windsurfing in the straps was done with the Contours. They're easy to get in and out of, but you have a little more trouble to adjust them at the beach as you need to move the screws. I don't know how they compare to the Supremo, though. However, I'm excited about using the newest Naish footstraps this up coming season. They were very easy to adjust compared to the one's they replace. In addition they have a built in anti-twist. You have unlimited adjustment possibilities with the velcro straps while the contours only have their specific settings for adjustment.
