I??m a sailor in Iceland, looking for a board to replace my trusty 2004 evo 80. It??s hard to get gear up here so there is no change of trying stuff out. I use my wave board for wave sailing in everything from waist high onshore stuff to logo/mast high side-off. I??m not the best wave sailor but slowly gaining more experience. My level otherwise is landing vulcans, almost spocks and going for forwards every now and then. I??m 73kg and use my wavekit for 4.0-5.0 sails.
I have the change of buying a 76L f2 barracuda. Does anyone have any experience with that board. I??m guessing that i??m looking for and all around waveboard that is not too technical since my waveriding isn??t that good. -so if you guys have any opinions on that board and if you think it would suit a sailor like me then it would be helpful.

I'm not sure how the Barracuda would like the icy water of Iceland? - Normally it prefer tropical conditions. - (lame joke..)
You will enjoy the 76. I got the 84L myself and this is my only board for my weight (84kg). I had the 76L as well and the behaviour is the same as the 84 just less volume. For your weight I think it would be spot on.
Those boards is very easy to sail and heaps of fun! For 4.0-5.0 it is perfect,,
