Is anybody sailing at wello tomorrow and will the speed bank work also if so what time of the tide will it work? That is if it is going to be westerly.

The east side of the bank is quite shallow. Hence the window to sail this side is very small. Basically you sail the hour before the bank goes under on a rising tide and hour after the bank becomes exposed on a falling tide

I wont ever sail eastern side with bigger than 30cm fin after it cost me $1500 & injury a year or two ago. If I sail there again id probably use weedspeed

Yeah MK. I can get in about 15mm of water with my weedspeed. G10 is also heaps better that carbon.
