Wow. Fair to say I'm very rusty and it's very windy. 5.3 is out of control. Just trimmed the sail. Max outhaul and downhaul that still lets the sail work and the bottom clew hole.
Back out again. If that doesn't work it may be 4.7 weather. 
Rerigged 5.3 was beautiful. But
The wind she is a fickle beast. Might need to let off the downhaul....

Perfect starboard tack angle to the ramps and clean water. S-sw with 30 knots initially easing back to 20-25 after first 30min.
yes I sat on the beach & talked 
but that was at manly where it had swung offshore & was gusty & steve didnt make it look very appealing.
