most normal and sensible people where on 6 and 6,5 ,I was well over powered and hanging on for dear life ,did do 37 klms of sailing before i went in before killing myself ,7.7 and 127 litre board was way too much in 20knot and chop ,but thats all I had on board ,great to see a few Burrum bond Dudes there .Dave and Marina, and ran into big Andrew who got 31 knots ,I managed a 30,7 knot run and lots of 28 -9 ,would of killed for a freeride board and a 7,0 .isonic was airborne a few times ,BUT WAS A GOOD DAY .

Sounds like a tough but fun day. Did you get out today? Gave it a miss today cold and rainy for me after 3 good local sessions.See you tomorrow at Burrum heading up later in the day.

Rumour has it that Weyba is full of stingrays. "Weiba" means stingray in the local native lingo.

Plenty of rays in weyba, they keep to themselves tho. The wingdings are more of a concern
