thanks guys. no it wasn't mine - apparently i was supposed to post that someone found a downhaul tool, not lost one... she spoke double dutch 
I have one that looks like mine but a bit order ( rusty ?) Maybe just mix up < I could show you "mine" if you could recognized it, but where is mine ....
