Hey if it goes NNE or NE we've been sailing the Train (since half the boats left its been pretty good). You can sail off Jennifer Ave in a NNE/N but the boat traffic in the weekends can be pretty annoying. Some of the guys sail down at Central Street (North of Loaders creek /KFC) but its very tide specific as it get super shallow. Give me a bell and ill let you know where we are 
couldn't make it as plans got changed on me so I went to my local.
hope it was pumping on the goldy.
