7.00 am big forecast, nsw police on there way to see leo (parking violation) roadtrips are never boring![]()
Simon, Leo, Tony, Brendon, Jamie (?) (have I missed anyone?)
I can't make it this year, I can't get the time of work and I have not had enough time on the water on my race gear.
The wind forecast on Seabreeze over the next 4 days in Sydney looks great for course racing:
- Friday: 10 to 15 kt NE
- Sat: 20 to 25 kt S
- Sun: 7 to 10 kt E
- Mon: 12 tp 17 kt NE
Good luck over the coming 4 days and bring back to Queensland the trophy Leo won last year.
Looking forward to your posts of the teams progress during the regatta.
First 2 races around 15knots last race 25 to 30 knots. 3 qlders in top 4 order leo, brendon, simon
Well done guys. Leo, you must have been born just to annoy those poor policemen - and to make Simon's life interesting. Have a Corona for me precious...
PS: Have you seen the forecast for the slalom racing here on Sunday. Might get to run the small slalom board finally.
First 2 races around 15knots last race 25 to 30 knots. 3 qlders in top 4 order leo, brendon, simon

big day today , three races , race 4 called of because winds went over 30 knots shame as leo and I came 1 ,2 in 30 knots .Here is link to results , queenslanders still 3 in top 4, lighter forecast for next two days
QLD is killing the Nationals events huh....Might be time for the other states to take notice and rise to the challenge...Excellent to see.
Had three races in wind from 4 to 8 knots ,some of the local light weights knocked us back in the results. Hoping for a bit more breeze today. Leo has a good lead as long as he has no gear failures. There is less than six points separating places 2 to 5
Cheers guys. Hopefully no more light wind races!
Pick up the pace there mate ! Lets see a 1,2,3 !...![]()
Racing all finished , many battered bodies
leo 1st over all and 1st master
simon 4th over all and 1st grand master
brendon 6th overall
Well done guys. Great result for the Qlders considering you only ride your race boards once a year...![]()
