Some people like to sail on really flat water and go as fast as they can. Some people like to sail in the surf and do what they do. Some like to sail in chop and free ride. But everyone just want's to have fun. This Vid is the essence of Windsurfing. Having fun. Great job guys.

yes that is all fun when you want it to be fun!!!!!!!!
but when competitiveness comes into to play then the fun is gone so in one way it can be rewarding if you are always on top or very disappointing when your not or it doesn't go your way , that's what the GPS can do to you , I've seen it happen so many times.....
No way. As soon as there is competition there is instantly more fun. All those disciplens that where spoken about have related competitions. Speed and slalom are the only ones where there is a clear winner. Fastest of first across the line. The others are just like judging synchronised swimming ![]()

1+ so true.
I can see people getting quite upset and frustrated just because they missed the gust or someone was it the way when it was on. When I occasionally go for a speed session I also get sucked into the game and then go home disappointed, so gave up chasing the numbers and just go for fun, do what "I" like.
I can be wrong but it seams to me that those who are constantly chasing 2 sec max are the least happy one.
Great video guys, I'm looking forward to see you soon as I've just started to drive to Manly as the Gold Cost is just worse and worse with all the boats moored all around the place.
Cheers
George
