At Wello it was about 13kt at 4.00 and about 18kt at 6.00 slowly building the whole time.
I can vouch for wello today - little slow to start with - was out on the 7.3 around 3.30. Was a little overpowered by 4.30 but hung in there cause yipyah - the wind is back!!!
