I guess KFC or even Train is the place to be to test our gear at 30+ knots 
or that is once in the year direction that works perfect for WP sand bank ?
unfortunately rain + good nE wind = almost never, unless there's a cyclone up north somewhere
but considering how good our wind has been the last few days for a very average forecast, maybe it could happen?
