Hey Guys!
I´m studying in Sydney atm and came up here for the holidays and realised that there is a SE Wind during the next Days?! Are there any places between Hervey Bay and Agnes Water to sail the next days? I don´t mind if flatwater or wave...just wanna hit the water.
Would be cool if someone can tell me where it is good to go out. I saw some posts about Elliott Heads and Hervey Bay...but where in Hervey Bay exactly?
I want to go on the Water somewhere tomorrow...thanks for you help guys!

I'd just go to the closest place to you. If you don't know where Hbay is then your probably not too close.
EHeads is good, but can only sail out the front at low tide. High tide Nevel will be there. He will fill you in on where to go and not go. Agnes is also sailable, but I have never sailed there only fished.
i stay in maryborough tonight so i just want to sail somewhere arround here...i will do fraser on friday so i have some days of sailing before.
maybe i just try elliott heads..highthide is arround 3:30 tomorrow...so the inlet should be ok to sail? is this theory right? haha

If your staying in Maryborough I would go and sail with Andy and the lads at Hbay Shelly Beach. Just put it into Google maps on your phone. Look for the old guys with windsurfing kit, they are a good bunch. They put up with me when ever I sail there.
Its a fair drive to go to Bundy and sail Eheads. Will be heaps of T-Bagers there if high tide is in the arvo. But all those blokes are ok, if you've knowen them for a few years.lol
Looks like next Monday it going to nuts 20 -25knots, even more so further north, Tannum etc, pity work gets in the way.......
