HI. Im coming up to Toowomba for the week but still be around for the weekend. What the closest spot you guys sail at on the weekends
it's a pretty dry place.
I've met a few guys that have come from Toowoomba to Victoria point to sail so there are people that windsurf from toowoomba. not sure if they use seabreeze.
all of the Brisbane spots are the same distance as Victoria Point.
ie. wellington point and manly so it's much of a muchness.
google says it's 1hr 45min but from my experience it's more like 2 hours. Victoria point would be the easiest to get to.
all depends on tides and wind direction.

I can confirm it's almost exactly 2 hrs from VP to Toowoomba having done that trip multiple times.
Ive looked on the map for Manly. the area looks like open water.. You guys get a lot of bounce on a good day. Im going to be there April 7-10. If there weather is ok I can head down for a sail on the Saturday. So speaking of weather wich works best there.
SE/NE nothing from the west but it can work at times in SSW when it strong 25kts plus.
