Is anyone interested in Raceboarding at RQYS this Sat 29th.
You can enter online at:
http://rqys.webentry.com.au/
Choose: Southern Course Casual
Visitors (like myself) are welcome and the online entry is easy and costs $25 for 2 races. They will then give you a code for the gate.
Was two good races on Saturday, good to see some extra raceboards in the fleet. Two more Saturdays left until the break for Christmas
Is there some racing this Saturday 6th of December?
I just checked the calendar, looks like three weekends to go 6th, 13th and 20th then the Nationals on the 24th Jan then the summer club racing series starts 7th of Feb and runs until Easter. Still plenty of Racing left in the season.
Saturday 13th. Who's keen? This is one of the last chances to race at RQ before the Nationals. A fortnight ago was epic with Leo being pushed to the limit (on the the first leg anyway) by a couple of us. Looking forward to another couple of great races.

If anyone has some spare gear for me, I am keen ![]()
Forecast is starting to look much better for tomorrow
36 knot gusts at inner beacon. Call me a wimp, but...
Just spoke to the sailing office. They are planning to race at this stage. Currently not over 30 and expected to ease. The sailing office is expecting wind strength to be in the 20's for the races. I will go for a look.
