What's the right tide for Cox Bank?

The bank comes out at 1.3m, but gets better as tide drops below .9m.
Launch and return when tide is above 1m or the knee to thigh deep mud will get the better of you.
Best to stay out there over the low tide. Todays neap tide could be a good intro into the spot for you.
I would not sail there alone.
On the right wind and tide it's one of the best speed spots in the Bay.

Thanks Jayson (sp?)
Is it practical to launch from Point Halloran? That's not too muddy.

Guess you could but hard to get back if the wind switches off.
