Ok forecast looks like we might have a nice south easter
Location:
Kite Beach, end of Davenport Drive, Manly / in front or RQYS
RQYS members can access the rigging area inside RQ as usual.
You can either park in the side street Davenport Drive or pay $15(separate to race fee) and gain access to the grounds which gives you access to grassed rigging area, toilets and showers. To do this head up to the front desk and ask for a day pass.

Thanks to everyone that showed up today and all those that helped to make the day a lot of fun shame we didn't get a little bit more breeze, but we managed to squeeze in 6 races . To new sailors , I think there where six, stick at it your skill set will improve bigtime sailing with some of Queenslands best slalom sailor's and they are happy to give you tips just ask..
Thanks Bayside Club and Committee for running Slalom Round 1 yesterday.
Special Thanks to boat crew guys and a slick operation to run 6 races back to back. Manly is a great spot to be able to race with a combination of some flat and some chop on the water and the bonus of being able to regroup in a shallow water area to banter in between races.
The group start with 15+ sailors also made for an exciting challange on the startline.
See you at the next one.
