Thanks to everyone who came along to our first Slalom event of the season 
It looks like the racing went really well and the conditions were awesome!
We are struggling to sort out the results as some participants did not have sail numbers.
Please remember that sail numbers are required for all future races, results cannot be counted without them.
Thanks for your understanding - we hope to get the results posted out soon.
And a big thank you to all the volunteers on the day, without whom the racing would not have gone ahead.

Hi everyone,
We have had a fair amount of feedback about the racing on Sunday.
I would just like to let everyone know that a number of people who would normally be around to run the racing were not availalbe to assist, including myself which left a lot of work for the remaining volunteers to do.
So in retrospect it was a great effort and I would like to thank all the volunteers for their time.
In future we will only run the racing if we have enough volunteers definitely turning up on the day to cover each role, ensuring a more fun and less stressful day for everyone.
If we do call off a scheduled race due to lack of volunteers then we may run a GPS event instead depending on the conditions.
