well theres plently of wind n serious amount of swell around! where do u sail when conditions are this maxed? long reef is a mess & dont fancy makaha on my own!long way out if i break anything!! so any sugestions welcome
Newport has a resonable wave but wind keeps shifting around to the e/se with the rain. Try Brownwater/Lennys ledge or Newport if the wind is s/se.
Did manage to get out at Newport today at 4:30 for an hour of pretty good if a little hairy DTL.
Some big sets comning though but so messy and irregular. Wind was on the light side at 12-14 knots and then dying to about 8. Brett G got an absolute sick one - about 3/4 mast high which he schredded on his twinnie.
All the nice sand has gone revealing the rock garden again!
cheers all
