any surf shops in sydney (or online) started steamer sales yet ? TB @ Taren pt has %40 off west suits .. but would rather an xcell .. getting despo .. and cold .. cheers ,
Try Long Reef Surf at Collaroy. They always have wetties on sale and I think they have winter wetties on sale now.
1012 Pittwater Rd, Collaroy. 9982-4289
or go and see Windsurf and Snow. They sell Neil Pryde wetsuits which aren't that expensive for what your get. No point trying to save $100. Remember how well a wet suit fits and and warm it will keep you will directly impact how much enjoyment you get on the water.
I used to only buy surf wet suits because they were cheaper by a few dollars. Once I went back to using a proper wetsuit made for windsurfing I couldn't believe what a difference it made.
. thanks KA ill call em. . how do those NP wetties go for wave sailing/swimming ?. they look like diving suits. !!!! more for speed/freeride sailing yeah ? or no ? . .. maybe im being to picky/autistic , but want an xcel xzip .. any sales on one ??
I got an excel for natural necessities surf shop on sale is a v good wettie, most are these day though. If your surfing you want flexibility, not sure some of the windsurfing ones will give you that, especially the smooth skin stuff?
Recently got back from uraguay surfing in my 3/2 in 10'c and less water! Bought booties and a hood but pissed them off as they were so annoying.

have you asked WINDSURF and SNOW if they have any wetsuit deals.
if your after a windsurf wetly, they'd be the best place to go.
(i know they had ION's on sale a few months ago)
Excuse the interuption, but are all you guys going to the Movie Night in Sydney? Then you can talk face to face about wetsuits and other gear.
That's why everyone's putting the night on, for people to catch up, off the water.
And Byron, did you say that Board Crazy is closing (that would be sad), or just having a sale?

I'd like one of these shark-repelling ones!
I reckon that most surfers would probably prefer to take their chances rather than lose their beach cred with the zebra suit.
Some people would do anything for attention ![]()
Mind you, I would still wear one but I think it would've made more sense to make the stripes vertical (more slimming)!![]()
