updated NSW speed table

Not much wind around of late, well none to get too excited about anyway, but enough for a couple of changes to the table.
Welcome to Roar (Craig Parker) and his first up posting, always a good effort to get over 30 knots. Also congrats to Adrian for breaking through the 30 knot mark, I know he's very excited about that.
