I've not been to Wanda and want to give it a go some time - but is it manageable if it's dead onshore? If so, where's the best place for parking & rigging?

just make sure you don't drink any of the water. With all the rain the level of bacteria at any of the city beaches would be out of control.
The lagoon at longy has opened up to the ocean and the water is skanky and cold. Water in ocean is still ok though temp wise.
ESE is side shore & funnels off the rock shelf at brownwater (collaroy). it's gotta be one of the few spots in Sydney good for this direction. today looked windy all day - had to work!
