Sea breeze predicts bugger all wind while the BOM predicts a westerly peaking around mid day.

With a big crappy high sitting overhead I find it difficult to believe the BOMs forecast will come through.

I hope I'm wrong.

The general logic rules are as follows:

BOM > SB is False
BOM < SB is True

We were up at the Central Coast today and driving up saw it was quite windy at the Hawkesbury River, a strong westerly. Go figure.

Not sure if I follow... Just go for the lower of the two?

Yeah something like that. However these rules can be disregarded when its obvious what the wind is going to do. Such as a massive front moving northwards or a huge low or high sitting off the coast. Then both SB and the BOM will be right.
