& despite tons of stretches was on the painkillers last night & felt like I was run over by a bus.
.If only we could get out 2 x a week in those conditions the body would get used to it..
I hope 2 have a triumphant return 2 Sydney on Sept 10, Lydsy's take a Job at the new Hospital in Macquarie prob gonna try and rent out near Pymble or Harris Park and that gives me pretty good access to Mona Vale Road and Pittwater and The Lakes aswell as i can cut through 2 Botany, I hope 2 b sailing Sept 10 and every day after that. I hope this summer is good i thought last summer was pretty good, and as for winter and ending up in the worlds gayest and coldest town Smalbury its hard 2 really pin point were it all went wrong (Lydia)or blame anyone (mainly Lydia) but all in all its just cold here and 2 cold 2 go any further south. Im pretty keen 2 do some long distance sailing if anyones keen i thought Kado did about 300-350 some thing like that i think we could easily beat that.
