how many people in sydney are twitching right now ? keep the faith guys, surely.....surely its our time, a windy time...a good time. im thinking clontarf, pittwater, or botany. anyone sailing and where?![]()
i've booked a day off work already for wednesday ![]()
was favouring either narrabeen or palm beach...although midday is low tide, squelch.
Narrabeen Lake is not too bad in a SE wind, better than almost any other wind direction if you sail on the eastern end.
I'm going to the lake probably mid morning.
Maybe tomorrow is the day I learn to waterstart ![]()

peace, Marni
Think ill go check out ramsgate - should be able to do nice long runs out to the tip of the airport.
Sandringham kinda sucks when it swings too far to the east.
why?
Go look at the illiwarra graphs - they will get hit about 2 hours before we do in sydney
patience grasshopper
wow kyeemagh looked insane driving past at about 3pm. Saw a couple of hardy souls out braving the elements on some small wave gear - very choppy up near brighton le sands but the northern corner of the bay near the runway was very smooth so would have been good for some speed runs.
got home to newcastle and flat as a pancake. time to batten down the hatches before it hits!
Was at a First Aid course at Balgowlah RSL today and saw it hit, looked bloody strong.
Came home past Lake Dangerous and saw Spence, Marni and Leo packing up.
No idea whether it was any good although its blowing its t*** off up here.
the lake was something else today...sadly, little to do with windsurfing.
finally picked up as it was getting dark and now its screaming outside.![]()
Dolls pt was good not as strong or as choppy as kyeemagh ,but great for 55 min . 3.30 to 4.25 missed the hour!!!!!!!!!!
