Hi there. Where are the good spots to launch at botany bay, ideally with a little beach in case the family incl. kids are coming too. We'd be coming from the mountians so a little extra driving would't matter as long as it's worth it.
Also how do windspeeds on seabreeze correlate to Narrabeen lake. Are the a lot less strong there due to the lake beeing inland?
any help appreciated

Hey bud

Just head to the north end of Batany Bay, theres grass to rig and sand to play. As far as Narrabeen lakes goes in a westerly its pretty asccurate on seabreeze. However a NE is generally atleast 5 - 8 knots less. Still fun though, and good for a chat

Have fun

now I know why this was a silly question since the whole bay is sand to play in. Anyways, being from the mountains it's hard to know if one hasn't been there.
