Anyone thinking of making the trip ?
Wind is forecast to be SW on Saturday, which is too onshore for Birubi. But if you're keen try it early when it should be at its most westerly. It'll probably be too big anyway - when the swell is southerly it's surprising how much bigger it is at Birubi than anywhere else. (Not surprising when you look at the angle of the beach and how much it sticks out to the east, but surprising how much of a difference it makes compared to open beaches facing SE.)
