anyone near canton?

I imagine it would be quite stinky there today.

Ended up going to Squids at Belmont for about an hour or so. Pleasant c 8kts pretty consistent then occ puff to 14-15kts. Almost planing a lot of the time and one decent in the straps plane but a lovely day and practise.
I have really suffered after the last sail at Canton ( headaches etc) .The chiro said I need to get out more often for shorter times..Thank goodness for a floaty board!

You need a 160ltre board than you could float around like I do and practise gybes etc.Ok it's not the same as flying along but the upside is generally in lighter winds the weather is lovely!
I have to get out regularly otherwise I suffer so much afterwards I'd give the sport away.

Greg you need to get formula gear. 3 of us at Marmong this afternoon got out at around 4:10 and had NE at 10+ knots for about 40 min. We were well powered up in the puffs and were doing at least 20 knots off the breeze. Just the tonic I needed.
