Greetings! I'll be visiting Wollongong in a couple of weeks (my first time in Australia) and wondering if there's anywhere I can rent windsurf gear?

as far as I know the only place you can rent gear anywhere around Sydney is at Wind Surf N Snow in Collaroy in Sydney, about an hours drive north of Wollongong. Their number is 02 9971 0999. Hopefully they can help you out in some way

what sort of gear are you looking at , wave ,bump and jump , speed ? and how long are you staying , I have some gear you can buy and it's cheep , keep it for as long as you like and ill buy it back for 50% of the sale price
I've rented gear off Justin at windsurfreligion.com before. Good bloke and gear was spot on. Highly recommended.

Might be worth mentioning that Justin from windsurfreligion also does half and day tours. I've done that in the past and it got me back into windsurfing. He has got a big selection of gear and he is a great guy, too. Either way - highly recommended!
