Spending 4 days in Forster this week. Hallidays is the spot in a NE but is there a wave spot in S/SE?

Can you sail on the northern side of hallidays/redhead?

sailed at Blueys (Pacific Palms) years & years ago, it's pretty open to southerly.

I suppose Tuncurry breakwall is a good angle although need E/NE swell. Perhaps one mile worth a look also in you don't want to drive far.

Worth a drive to Boomerang for surfing, that gets awesome with any hint of south swell.

Breakwall looks like it may be the right angle in S/SE. Should be a N/NE on Monday and Tuesday. I will check Hallidays about 3.30 Mon/Tue. Will suss out breakwall when the Southerly comes through Wednesday.

no worries. post how you go as I can't think of too many (southerly) wave spots
until you get way further up the coast
