I've always had either a van or a quiverack (windsurfing roof box) to transport my gear in. I've seriously reduced my kit now so I don't really need the roofbox (anyone want to buy it? Hard to sell something that very few people have heard of in Aus) for the amount of kit and the amount of sailing I'm doing. I'm thinking of getting a new rig bag for 3 sails, 2 masts, 1 boom and mast exts. etc.... instead.
I have a prolimit session bag but find the lack of pockets for small bits of kit a hassle and not great for booms. Are there any others out there people would recommend?
Thanks.
Hi Mate,
I am interested in the quiverack. Can;t really help you on the rest, but please PM me some details. Mainly interested in what gear I can fit inside it... 4 sails, 2 masts, 2 booms, 1 small and 1 large board. Also can it be attached to standard racks on a late Subaru Liberty?
Cheers,
Adrian
Having lived in the uk for a while I know what a quiver rack is, I am also interested. Please let me know length and price. Cheers
With regards you problem, would a good size prolimit quiver bag sort you out , mine takes 3 masts, couple of booms and 5 or more sails, think they cost about $240 ish, and strap directly to roof rack so no squished sails
