Do you really need dings repaired? Is the surface broken enough to let in water? I think a lot of dings are just cosmetic and really only need to be repaired if you are selling the board.
Cracks on the other hand where you can see the styrofoam are a different problem.
When I was first learning a few of my friends were getting repairs done each time they damaged the board. This can add up quickly if you are at that learning stage where you are smacking the board a lot.
$150 to repair a round hole that looked like it had been punched in by a small stone (I have no idea how or when it happened) and resealing and painting the dove tail. The hole was about 1cm deep and the circumference of a marble.
It had absorbed water but did not need drying out once I'd taken it to Splash as it had been sitting for 2 weeks somewhere else, waiting for their repairer to pick it up. I got sick of waiting while the wind blew!
The job was done in a day.
I don't know if you'll get it done any cheaper or closer to Sans Souci. To me it has been worth the price. I'm back on the water!
As formulanova says they only need repairing if they are absorbing water and since you say they've been there for a while they must be only superficial. You may be able to save yourself the money.
Can you see styrofoam and is your board feeling heavier? If so, they need repairing.
Unless it is structural get some ding stick & use that in the interim, about 15 bucks or so & it will spread around a fair bit.
