For those who still sail Foreshore rd on a Westerly, the carpark has been closed (no access to public).
Not exactly sure what work is being done but let's hope the warmer days are around the corner so we don't have to think about Westerlies...
Yes we went there today and rigged at the boat ramp carpark, next to the toilets. There are some sharp rocks in the water around the launching area, but its not too bad. There is a sign saying works will be going on until Christmas, they are building some rock walls projecting perpendicularly to the beach to protect from sand erosion. That further erodes the space remaining for windsurfing. We hoped to see you there today, well you didn't miss much wind.

Went to Kurnell, hadn't sailed there for a long time. It was good fun, powered up on the big kit. Almost made it to Foreshore but was getting a bit light then.
